Ashes

The hound dog raises its paw
And begins to gnaw
On the orbit of Saturn
Is never ending
And the man on the moon
Is watching all of you
Making sure you don’t sin
And ruin the mood
Affected by volcanoes
For millions of years
Ashes is the planet
Choking on the pity

The pins of light
Sew the night
The firefly
Is the star
The star brings death
To us all
The mangy cat
Builds the hat
Out of a pin and a cap
The cap is large
And hold the world
The hat is smaller
And holds the soul
Ashes is the heart
Choking on the man
